TASHOVEN PRO 100
PRO-100 is the oven with the largest base size of the TASHOVEN® oven family. It can be easily moved in all areas with its 4-wheeled stand, so it can be stored in a convenient place when not in use. Tashoven PRO-100 is a perfect oven specially designed for professional use and offers pizza, pita cooking in 2 minutes at high temperature (932ºF) (500ºC). To cook delicacies such as bread, meat, fish, chicken and stew, cooking can be done slowly by closing the oven door.
You can also use it safely in your garden or terraces to feast your large family. You can use it in restaurants to add value to your menu.
PRO-100 was developed in the R&D laboratories of REFSAN Refractory Industry Limited Company by using the most suitable dome design and the most accurate refractory materials. Later, PRO-100 reached its final design in line with the user experiences and demands of master chefs. A robust stand with wheels is designed to use the PRO-100 in the most convenient place.
PRO-100 has a 40″ diameter cooking base. The refractory material used in its dome and tray both warms up quickly and cools down hard, allowing you to cook food longer. The baseplate does not need any special cleaning, oil or food particles spilled on the floor will be burned to the next burn due to the high temperature. Due to the temperature reaching up to (932ºF) (500ºC), the smell of the dishes cooked beforehand does not remain in the oven.
You can bake 5 pizza/pita or 7 bread, or 3 large stews in PRO-100 stoneoven, at the same time. When you increase the PRO-100 to the most suitable temperature, thin-crust foods such as pizza, and pita will be ready in a short time like 2 minutes.
As with all TASHOVEN® ovens, the PRO-100 is capable of cooking flavors such as pizza, lahmacun, pita bread, bread, meat, fish, chicken and casserole. Since the PRO-100 can maintain its internal temperature for more than 24 hours, it is perfect for those who want to cook or bake slowly. You can find all the information you need in the Cooking Techniques Guide on the Usage Information page and the Recipes page.
In the PRO-100 stone furnace, the chimney rises right in the middle of the dome. As in other Tashoven stone furnaces, the fume outlet is absorbed by a specially designed refractory hood close to the mouth and given to the chimney. There is a valve on the chimney to control the suction. For flavors that are cooked at low temperatures such as bread, pastry, casserole, the lid and chimney flap are closed to prevent heat escape.
PRO-100 is not only a pizza, lahmacun or pita oven but also a unique barbecue. You will not be satisfied with the flavors you will make thanks to the grill apparatus. The most important reason for this. The heat from the base and dome of the oven will seal the meat from all sides and the water that gives the meat its flavor will be trapped inside it before it evaporates. Meat cooked in wood fire is more delicious and aromatic than meat cooked on charcoal used in classical barbecue.
The stand of the PRO-100 is oven painted metal and is resistant to outdoor weather conditions. This stand is designed to withstand the weight of the PRO-100’s dome. The stand, which comes disassembled, can be easily mounted with the help of the Installation Book.
With the integrated thermometer we used for the first time in our PRO-100 model, you can see the average temperature in the oven and cook your flavors according to the most suitable temperature.
Warm-up Time and Heat Retention
Tashoven PRO-100, which creates as much smoke as a traditional barbecue at the first burning, heats up quickly and reaches the maximum cooking temperature within 45-60 minutes depending on the weather conditions. In restaurants or intensive use, PRO-100 keeps its temperature for a long time and does not let you down in your banquets. With its insulation and structure, it can maintain its temperature for 4 hours without the need to add additional wood.
Indoor and Outdoor Installation
PRO-100 stone oven is made of a material resistant to bad weather conditions such as cold weather, frost or rain. In order to prevent hairline cracks that may occur in temperature differences, it should not be wetted when hot. When the Pro-100 is not in use, it should be positioned in the most sheltered place with its wheeled stand and stored with its cover.
The furnace dome and base of the PRO-100 is made of refractory material resistant to 1300ºC. Refractory is the material used in the production of molds into which metal materials that melt at very high temperatures such as molten iron are poured. In our R&D laboratory, refractory material has been developed to suit human health. This special refractory material is poured into molds by applying hand workmanship. Thus, the perfect Tashoven stone furnaces that are healthy and can safely reach high temperatures are created.
PRO-100 stone furnace is strengthened with Micro Braiding Technology developed by TASHOVEN®. The refractory material prepared with a unique fiber blend captures the heat and allows the furnace to expand during heating and cooling. Micro Braiding Technology is the technology that allows the oven to remain intact for many years.
Resistant Structure to Rainy and Cold Weathers
PRO-100 stone oven is made of a material resistant to cold weather, frost, rain and such adverse weather conditions. It shouldn’t be wetted when it is hot to avoid small cracks resulting from temperature differences. It should be stored in the most appropriate place by its wheeled stand when not used.
PRO-100 stone oven is designed to be assembled easily. It is formed of 3 main parts; dome, oven bottom plate and carrying stand. The dome fits in the hole on the base.
