Damage Policy / Broken Tiles
If you receive any damaged tiles, please fill out the form below as soon as possible.
Upon inspecting the tile you have received, if you notice any broken sections, kindly take a full mosaic photo and indicate the specific area that is damaged.
This will enable us to identify the exact section of the tile that needs to be replaced. Once we have reviewed the inspection and determined the replacement part needed, we will send you the corresponding replacement section. Please note that we only provide replacement parts and do not replace the entire sheet of tile.
* PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY DAMAGES MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY.
