The tiles are beautiful and stunning. Before they arrived my contractor almost talked me into cancelling the order; said they would be too much with our quartzite counter top. But I went for it and was so glad. The part that was confusing for me was the delivery process. I kept being informed the tiles were on back order/delayed. I finally called and was told oh no, we actually have your tiles. And we actually have 10 times more than you ordered. Baffled by all of that. Why didn’t they ship them when they had them? Mine was a small order. But when they did ship them we received them within 10 days just in the nick of time. Love the tiles; baffled by the delivery process and the “delay.”
