ORDER RETURNS

Once you are prepared to initiate the return of the tiles, kindly complete the return request form provided below.

Upon receipt of your request, we will promptly send you an email containing comprehensive instructions.

• 15% restocking fee assessed on all returns.
• Prepaid FedEx return labels will be sent to you via email. The return shipment fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Once we have received your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
• All returns must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as they were received.
• It is crucial to package the returned boxes securely, as our products are extremely fragile. Refunds will not be issued for items damaged during return transit or for returns that are not received by our facility.
• Please be aware that samples and sale items are not eligible for returns.
