  • Refund will not be issued for any items returned to us broken.
  • Returns must be 100% intact, in the original packaging and in the condition in which they were received.
  • Any items: Installed, cut, painted, stained, glued will not be accepted for refund.
  • Refunds for returns are issued 7-15 days after the items are received by us.

  • Natural stone such as travertine, slate, marble, limestone and onyx are products of nature and is, therefore, subject to natural variation of color, shading, filler, thickness, veins, markings and texture from piece to piece. Shade variation is an inherent characteristic of natural stone.
  • No two stones will ever be the same.
  • Samples sent by backsplash.com are intended to be average representations of the product only.
  • In some instances, samples may display natural color variation from the actual product.

  • Once a product has been installed, it cannot be returned.
  • Backsplash.com holds no liability for product defects or damages, property-related losses, or labor costs incurred due to improper installations
  • Carefully examine all products prior to installation, as their use will imply acknowledgment and acceptance
  • Tiles that have been installed are deemed the property of the owner/installer and are not eligible for exchange or return under any circumstances.
  • We offer a tile space calculation tool to help customers estimate their tile needs. However, please use it at your own risk and double-check your measurements before placing an order. We are not responsible for any miscalculations or tile orders based on the tool’s results.

Damage Policy / Broken Tiles

* PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY DAMAGES MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY.

Submit your damage claim with photos of the damaged tiles within 7 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period cannot be accepted. If your order was shipped to a job site, you are responsible for ensuring the shipment is inspected within this timeframe.

Please note that we only provide replacement parts and do not replace the entire sheet of tile.
