Damage Policy / Broken Tiles
* PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY DAMAGES MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY.
Submit your damage claim with photos of the damaged tiles within 7 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period cannot be accepted. If your order was shipped to a job site, you are responsible for ensuring the shipment is inspected within this timeframe.
If you receive any damaged tiles, please fill out the form below as soon as possible.
Please follow these instructions:
- Inspect Your Tiles: After inspection, if you notice any broken sections, mark that area.
- Prepare the Tile: Place the mosaic tile on a flat surface.
- Mark Broken Sections: Use a post-it or colored paper and place it next to the broken sections.
- Take Photos: Capture a full sheet photo without zooming in on the broken section.
- Repeat for Each Broken Sheet: Take one full sheet photo for each broken tile.
- Upload Photos: Add these photos to the form below.
Once we receive your inquiry, we’ll inspect them and ship out replacement sections.
Please note that we only provide replacement parts and do not replace the entire tile sheet.
